• Contact us to set up an appointment with a Sales Consultant in your area

• Our Sales Consultants are trained and equipped to demonstrate the product for your particular windows and safety needs and will advise you on the ideal application of the system.

• A quotation will be prepared on site or emailed/faxed to you promptly.

• Once you have accepted the quote and confirmed your deposit payment the order is placed with the factory.

• Our office will contact you regarding a convenient installation date which is usually within 10 working days of confirmation for the Burglar Bars whereas Shutters have a longer lead time.

• We guarantee our product on the standard of workmanship and the quality of the material.

INSTALLATION

• Our teams are trained to install with the minimum disruption.

• During the drilling process the dust created is controlled by means of an industrial vacuum cleaner.

• Handles and stays may require adjustment to suit the configuration.

• Our installers are equipped to remove existing bars should you require this.
